Check that notifications are allowed for Tostada in iOS Settings and that the reminder categories you want are enabled in the app. The app still works if notifications are disabled or denied.
Tostada saves the broken cycle in history, resets your current streak to zero, and prevents that same cycle from later being counted as completed.
No. Tostada V1 does not include calorie counting, meal planning, food databases, or meal logging. It focuses on fasting windows and consistency.
